So glad you could use the video. I knew you would enjoy it and I know your followers will as well. Tom Daley is a great person, athlete, husband, dad, son, and role model. I really like your idea of others sharing on this blog. We can build a real community. Your journaling idea is something I do without writing things down but I now want to try the discipline of actually keeping a journal so I can refer back. I do go over what good things happened to me during the previous day each morning as I am waking up. It’s an antidote to any anxiety that may have crept into my thoughts overnight.
