Online Device Addiction Part Two

This photo brings a chuckle to most of us
How funny
But it really isn't
If we were to stop using our devices
To go OFFline - take a break from our phones
If were are honest
We would feel just a touch of withdrawal
Our brains would release cortisol into our bodies
We would then feel Stress
Prompting us to
LOOK AT OUR DEVICES
So we Look
And then. . .
Ahhhhhhhhhhhh
Some nice feeling hormones flood our brains
Comforting us - All is Better Now
My Precious

Let's just stop and think about this for a moment
Most of the people you see today
Are sitting, standing, even walking around
Staring into a screen
If we were to step back and view this phenomenon
We could see that this is not normal
That this looks like a Sci-Fi horror film
It really does

Just think about this
THINK!
